TOT COMERCIAL SA (from now on also THE PROVIDER) as the party responsible for the web site, places at the disposal of the users the present document, which regulates the use of the web site www.gespasa.az, with which we intend to comply with the obligations laid down in Law 34/2002, of services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI), as well as to inform all the users of the web site about the conditions of use of the web site.
Through the web site, TOT COMERCIAL SA provides users with access to and use of different services and contents made available through the web site.
